I have never seen a company care less about cust service !!!!!!!! There stores don't open on time !!!!! Most of there employees are rude at restaurants arrogant careless attitude. Not to mention regional mgmt with same outlook !!! I guess then saying a company is only as good as the managers who run it. The worst restaurants are 1131 w Mercury Blvd and Big Bethel Rd. The are never open on time for breakfast. Always screw up orders burn food, both locations girls at pay window at breakfast are rude,belligerent, arrogant ,turn there back on you to ignore you. The huge brown skinned mgr at breakfast totally ignored me today at Big Bethel Rd after no one answered the intercom even after the recorded message played. I talked with district manager st Big Bethel who was 1st passed I got her number the secondly when I started talking about Mercury location was her location and not her concern. NICE ATTITUDE HUH??? Ive been in customer service my whole life is have nor would I treat customers the way this company treats there's!!!!
